Terms & Conditions

By booking a collection with Billy's Bags, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking

All bookings must be made through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2. Collection Requirements

  • All rubbish bags must be securely tied and ready for collection before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Bags must be placed in an easily accessible location at the front of the property unless otherwise arranged.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the collection area.

3. Bag Limits

  • Bags must not exceed the maximum weight limit for the service booked.

  • Overloaded or additional bags may incur extra charges or may not be collected until payment is made.

4. Acceptable Waste

We collect general household and office rubbish only.

We do not collect:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Chemicals or paints

  • Asbestos

  • Medical waste

  • Gas bottles

  • Explosives

  • Batteries

  • Tyres

  • Liquids

  • Construction or demolition waste

  • Any illegal or prohibited materials

5. Damaged or Contaminated Bags

Any ripped, leaking or heavily soiled bags must be double-bagged before collection. Billy's Bags reserves the right to refuse unsafe collections.

6. Missed Collections

If bags are not available or accessible at the agreed collection time, the booking will be considered completed. A new booking may be required for another collection.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Safety

Our team may refuse any collection that presents a health or safety risk.

9. Liability

Billy's Bags is not responsible for damage caused by improperly packed bags or prohibited items placed in rubbish bags.

10. Service Areas

Collections are available only within our advertised service areas and scheduled collection days.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of managing your booking and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Agreement

By completing a booking with Billy's Bags, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
