What area’s do you service?

At the Moment we are doing Glenfield to Macarthur,, Casula to Parramatta, Blacktown to Penrith and soon we will be adding the north, south and east side of sydney just in the process.


What size bags do you collect?

We collect three bag sizes:

  • Medium (72L–80L)

  • Large (120L–240L)

  • Extra Large (360L)

We also offer discounted bulk collection for 10 or more bags.


What can i put in my rubbish bags?

We collect general household waste, office waste, dry garden waste, cardboard, paper, and light commercial packaging. All waste must be securely contained inside approved rubbish bags.


Do you also take recyclables as well?

Yes Definitely just leave a message to say that you have recyclables in the bags


What items can’t you collect?

For safety and environmental reasons, we do not collect hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, paint, oils, gas bottles, batteries, electronic waste (e-waste), medical waste, liquids, soil, bricks, concrete, or other prohibited materials.


Simply choose your service, enter your collection details, select your preferred collection day, and pay securely online through our booking system. Using any major credit or debit cards , Afterpay and Klarna as well.

How do I Book and Pay?


When do i need to place my bags out?

Please place your bags in an easily accessible location, such as the kerbside, driveway entrance, or another agreed collection point, by 8:00 AM on your scheduled collection day.


Can i Cancel or Reschedule my Booking?

Yes. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled collection. Requests made within 24 hours of collection may not be eligible for a refund.


What happens if prohibited items are found?

If prohibited or unsafe items are identified, we may refuse collection and additional charges may apply if further handling is required.
